Kerstin Hedman (92) is living alone in Sundsvall, Sweden. She has heart disease. She doesn’t want to go to market because of coronavirus. She wanted help from Sundsvall Municipality.
Hedman:” I m living alone and there is no one to help me in this building. I m going to market alone. I am paying 370 SEK (250 Turkish Lira) to the municipality to carry the bags home. I asked for help from municipality. But they said that this is their price.”
